Here the question doesn't specify what sort of company you are talking about? If it is a government run company then the general rules & conditions applicable to these can be challenged on the grounds of public interest but if happens to be a private company the rules & conditions applicable to the employment & dismissal of its employees can be fixed by the management ,which are to be followed accordingly. The conditions with regard to employment in a private company which state that personal character of the candidate will be taken into consideration & any immorality on part of the candidate will be a factor of his or her rejection then such condition cannot be challenged in the court of law same stands good in case of dismissal from the employment. In case there is no such rule or condition with regards to the dismissal but still the person is dismissed just because of this reason & not on his or her work skill or any other reason then such a matter case be challenged in the court of law. As far employment of a person with immoral character is concerned, even if no such rule or condition is specified in by the private company but still it’s the discretion of the management to decide whether to give employment to such a person or not & it cannot be challenged in the court of law in general.

Unless workers band together and demand rights from employers, they are destined to be controlled like slaves. History has shown this over and over and over.
