How do you fight off jealousy before it attacks you. You cannot know that only try not to have desire because it is the root of jealousy it is you not getting what you desire that makes you have jealousy in the first place. Simple answer if you have no desire what is there to be jealous of. Because if you don't want anything there is no one in the entirety of existence that can have anything you want!

I don't have to fight off Jealousy, if someone doesn't care for you, you just move on . Life is so short .We all need love in this world, and if that person is happy , You should be happy for that person , friends can be great

i dont.. i am so weak to jealousy, it just sneaks up on me and before i know it i am in a rage. even stupid sh*t, i try to keep it inside because i know i'm being irrational, but sometimes i just break down - or get in a fight. one or the other. my jealousy has nothing to do with whether or not i trust my partner, rather that i dont trust other people. i feel electric currents running through my body when i hear somebody holler something at my partner, regardless of whether she even heard them or not. i'm retarded but the 'idea' of someone else thinking of my partner in a sexual way makes me feel inadequate in some way. its hard to explain, i know she loves me and only me, but i just hate entertaining the thought that someone else is even checking her out. and i refuse to let myself think of her past relationships. i pretend she was a virgin until me :)

Jealousy is a big sign of immaturity, if you have to be jealous, you should get rid of the person and find someone you can trust!

i dont think its possible for me!!! jealousy has been a big problem for me,(only when talking about relationships..) and believe me it brings nothing but problems!!!
but on the other hand, i dont get jealous of other woman or jealous if someone has something that i dont!

jealously is very normal..but before spitting fire on that person i tend to think that we r two different individuals who have different talents and people who appreciate us..for eg if she is damn pretty then i would think that i am intelligent..so i usually think about it..itz better to think like a psycho than losing a dear frnd!!
