Yes, I'm going to assume that I am fairly intelligent, but there is one thing I just don't seem able to do. Unless it's making a sammitch, I do not know how to cook for only one or two. I also make a whole bucket load of whatever I'm making. My partner rarely eats leftovers, so I've had to learn how to can and preserve. I gets expensive, cooking in such quantities, but I enjoy it incredibly.
Cook a small amount of anything? Sorry.....I am completely mentally deficient in that area.....

LOL :) Yeah, I have this same condition. I have no problem with understanding hyperlinks, but electricity...this is truly some mystical schitt. I have to remind myself not to fear what I don't understand every time I change a lightbulb. Sort of a phobia thing. :)
