Dont know if Id say a bad outcome. I stopped a worse thing from happening eg; drunk/high driving. It did put a tremendous strain on our friendship so some time after the incident.
Was definately still the right thing to do.. and I'd do it again if I found myself in that situ again. For the greater good!

Ive gotten into fights with people over their keys.. now dont get me wrong I drink.. like a fish.. but I will not get behind the wheel of a car or the handlebars of my moped onces the first top pops.... to many people die each and everyday from drunk drivers.. and the person drinking always survives.... fair it isnt .. but I do my part to make sure the people I'm with do not drive and that we always have a D.D.

but yea they usually get real pissed but hey you probaly saved a few lives a whole bunch of regret and tears your drunk mate chuckin a tanty is a small price =) peace

No, I have never had such a problem. A true friend who has any care for another person, would indeed take away that person's keys.

Not if they are going the same way as me. So then they will get pulled over first. Increasing my odds of making it home instead of the jail house.
