newborns generally get little eye infections, its probably jsut that her has gookey eyes and theyre crusty and because of it she cant get them open.

Go ahead and take her to the ER. They will be able to determine what it is, and get it fixed for you.

Were her eyes open before she started crying when sucking her fingures and then she started crying , cause if so i would take her to the doctors because she could have got herself in the eye and hurt something usually you can see that yellowish junk stuff on the outside of the eye , if you or going to wipe it use warm water and a different corner of the cloth for both eyes .

get a warm wash cloth and clean the baby's eyes starting from the inner part of the eye by the nose, out. make sure you use a new part of the wash cloth with each swipe. see if that helps. is the baby stuffy or coughing? babies get goobers in their eye, as we all do, and they can't rub their eyes, like we do, so you just need to wipe them out.
if there is a lot of crustys or it is yellow or green, you definitely need to talk to the dr. if it's kind of a whitish, or clearish, i wouldn't worry. just keep the little one's eyes clean.
believe it or not you can also use a little bit of johnsons baby shampoo, the tear free type, by putting just a drop on the wash cloth. just make sure to wipe off the soap with the cloth.
you can call the dr, but unless it's nasty, they probably won't do too much for a 2 month old. all of my kids had this, and it cleared without ever having to use eye drops.
good luck to you and your little one.

wet a cotton ball or washcloth and wipe from the inside out on both eyes. there may be some of the sleepy eye junk that we get are self that's causing her to not be able to open her eyes.

If you're breastfeeding squirt some in the babys eye. If there is any infection that will help. Warm wet cloth gently outward on the eye will help aswell until you see the ped.
