Generally teething starts about 4-5 months. But each child is different. Some dont get that first one until after their first birthday, and others are born with teeth.

about 5 months or so.. baby will be fussy and may a slight fever, red cheeks, crying and just in a very bad mood.
A a cold teething ring helps, so does a clean wet wash cloth frozen, for them to suck on. If your run your finger over the gums , you may notice a slight bump with a Bit of white showing.

A dab of baby teething gel smeared on the gums helps to numb the pain. so does some tempra drops for the fever.

Many babies will start between 4 and 6 months. Imagine a pointy object stabbing its way through your gum. Thats what your baby is going through. To help him you should buy him ateething ring and refridgerate it. that will really help. Good Luck?
