Maintainance schedules for vehicles ten years old or newer can usually be copied online at the makers site www.ford.com as example... You will need adobe acrobat to copy those PDF files and is a free download at the site...

A good service garage can give you a schedule of what you should schedule as well as auto parts supply stores...
