I am a song writer standing on the corner of "writers block" desperately looking for a ride home.
Most of my song ideas arise from conversations with friends and past experiences, but I figured why not ask complete strangers, from a whole-nother state (or country) for help.
So basically all Im asking for is ideas. It can be about anything, be creative, have fun with it. What would you as a consumer like to hear?
(Oh yea, this is for the hip-hop/RnB genre of music, minus the drugs, violence, and de-womenizing <-------(if thats a word))
So please dont give me the every day subject matter of a hip-hop song.
AND OH YEA!!!! NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO ANSWER!!
I'd rather non-musicians to answer!

(hahahah ... perverts >.>). besides, 3 techniques to spark creativty .. a million. bypass out (with friends or on a date(not you married in spite of the indisputable fact that)) and spend time with different human beings in new places this could get your concept technique transferring 2. examine some books ... they have been produced from recommendations to get your strategies working (exspecially the classics) plus they boost you voacabulary 3. in case you have a guitar (or different musical tool) play some person-friendly chords (or notes) to and fro in the comparable order many times lower back and hum alongside (if conceivable). This gets you strategies right into a rythmatic state and lyrics will drip out of you like ... you be responsive to :D icecream

what abt an RnB song that talks abt a guy falling in love with a girl who has a kid.. then they go through so many troubles.. then towards the end of the song the guy thinks he cant stand his girlfriend anymore but is too attached to the kid so he cant just walk away and leave..

Well, this is more along the lines of a country song I believe, but I was dating this guy and he was okay, but in walks his brother. Enough said. I am now married for 7 years to the brother and we have 2 kids and are very happy. Now, the guy I was dating is now my brother in law and he absolutely cannot stand me at all.

Talk about the things you around you. Eg. "The slow-swaying of the trees, as they throw off all of there leaves, the hot, hot sun burning them alive" and then add to some kind of Jack Johnson sounding tune. I'm no musician!
