The letter is NOT from the Canadian government.

What you received is from a private company that may be seeking your business as a visa applicant. The probability is they will ask quite a bit of money for doing this, after they receive your personal information.

.

Please note that, no matter how strong their sales efforts may be, there is no significant benefit to your using the services of an immigration consultant or a lawyer. to enter Canada.

Some consultants or lawyers will offer their services for a flat fee, and some will even offer to refund any money not retained by the Government if the application should fail.

No lawyer or consultant can guarantee a successful application, nor can they guarantee that they will complete the application process in a better manner than you could do, but they are guaranteed to be paid...by you...if the application should succeed.

Regrettably, some will retain all the money received from people even when the applications fail, and if you are in another country, you have no means of recovering the "fees" that were never earned.

For visas to enter Canada, or to work in Canada, you can apply directly with a Canadian Consulate /Canadian High Commission or Canadian Embassy in your home country.

There are certain jobs that are difficult to fill, and preference is given to applicants for those jobs. For some work, it is far better to have the employer directly involved, and provide a letter that clearly states they have a job waiting for you.

There will be fees to pay the government, and some are non-refundable, but it is not essential for you to spend additional money in using a consultant or a lawyer.

If you you do the work properly, meaning you pay attention to ALL the requirements and complete the forms correctly, your chance of success at obtaining a Visa for work in Canada or for emigration to Canada, is good.
