Yes, you can, the implant is placed behind the mammary next to the ribs.

It depends......

With implants, on where the implant is placed, under or over the existing breast tissue and if the nipple is disturbed or left attached to the mamary glands.

With piercings, not sure, but can't see any reason why not, although you would probably want to remove it if feding a baby!

Implants...ABSOLUTELY!!!

Piercings, well, they are a bit of a grey area, some women find that the scarring can obstruct the milk flow, so ask your obstetrician or midwife if you are unsure.

I SURELY DO HOPE NOT!! POOR KID. Why would a baby want to nurse on a pierced nipple?
