My first labor was 4 hours natural birth
My second was 2 hours natural birth
Does it mean the chances of this birth being 1 hour long highly likley or not? Does every birth you go through make the next one come quicker? If so I think I will be in a bit of a rush to get to the hospital when I go into labor?

I've head midwives say, the first labor is long, the second labor is short, and the third is anyone's guess! I don't know how far you are from the hospital but I would do the preregistration at least :)

My 2nd was 1 hour longer than the first. Usually as a rule of thumb though, subsequent labours can be shorter as your body has already done it and things are easier to stretch! I would play it by ear when the time comes and make sure you really have everything packed at all times! If labour starts and progesses quickly I would get to the hospital. Better to be safe than sorry, you don't want to deliver in the back of the car because you left it too late.
good luck and congrats

Sometimes they can be quicker. Both my labours were 8 hours. My first was 8 hours & 50 minutes, my second was 8 hours & 35 minutes. A friend of mine had her first within 45 minutes, 2nd within 30 minutes & 3rd in 15 minutes. It can all vary, everyone is different.

They are usually quicker, but not always. My first one was 19 hours, my second 15 hours, my third 11 hours, but my fourth one was 33 hours!
