well, we've had some heavy rainfall and floods this summer in the u.k, not in london, but mostly cities in england, all the water was coming down from the Welsh mountain, (i bet the welsh were in their homes goin gooo cymru lol)
i think there were floods in conwall, and the midlands,
Tewkesbury, Gloucester
cant remember other cities, it was an awful summer

London didnt see that much heavy rainfall, same for wales and scotland, so its mainly on the English
