I get incredibly tired a few days before my period and the first two-three days of my period. It is totally normal for me. A lot of girls feel fatigue, I would try eating a little more healthy around your period or start taking vitamins throughout the month so it won't be so intense when your period does come around. My period's are incredibly heavy and I have horrible cramps. I always usually get a cold right before my period as well and I'm not sure how that connects lol but I usually don't go any where the first two days of my period because I cannot even walk from all the cramping in my legs and my stomach pain, breast tenderness, back ache...my period's are awful lol...So don't worry, being tired isn't all that bad.

Yes, it's perfectly normal to feel exhausted before the onset of your period. Because your hormones are fluctuating at this time, it can take a toll on your body. I get extremely fatigued before, during and after my period. Just rest if you get too tired!

Yes, I get exhausted a day before my period "arrives ". I usually sleep earlier the day before and one the first day of my cycle I tend to be tried.

i sleep more when i have my period but yes this is normal i even read somewhere it's like the increase or decrease of hormones....i forget if it's a rise of hormones or lower of them but i think it's normal but if ur really concerned it's best to just ask a doctor.

No, I haven't had that happen to me but this fatigue could have something to do with the hormones that are on the rise with the period coming. One thing that you can do that can help with this is to increase your level of iron during that time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).

I would also recommend checking with your doctor to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they say.
