Are you hurting anyone by being in Polls & Surveys at 4 in the morning? I personally just asked myself the same question. My answer to me...I am enjoying myself with idle interest and I can sleep late because it is going to be a rainy morning and I have no one expecting anything from me tomorrow. I have no reason to believe you are developing a bad habit, (unless this is your life), then perhaps you might consider some other late night obsession.
