I'm always having insomnia and this feeling is really very terrible. Sometimes I'm already very tired, or rather I try to make myself tired by doing exercises, etc so that I can sleep better, but still it's of no use, at times I had to resort to taking sleeping pills which I think is an unhealthy way, but I had no choice.
Sometimes I will wonder if I had forget how to get to sleep as I had tried all sorts of positions but it's still of no use.. It's only after trying for few hours everyday, then I can finally fall asleep, by then I'm left with only few hours to sleep.
I'm not too sure if your situation is the same as mine, mine is actually due to stress and also alot of unhappy things and blows which I cannot take it, so whenever I try to sleep, my mind just can't get to rest, it will just keep on thinking of what had happened.
Anyway hope we can both get rid of this asap as it's really very bad for health and it will really affect the mood. Good luck!! =)

When I go to bed worrying about stuff...I literally have to "clear my mind" before I lay down or else I will either not sleep at all or toss and turn all night.
**Hey, Blue! Glad to know that I'm not the only one who goes through that!**

I'm not sure what causes mine, probably a mix of many stressful things. I have a horrible sleeping problem.
