mine is ususly the whole week - seven days.
which is very irritating and i get so uncomfortable.

hoe can i reduce the number of days, surely there must be something i can do.

i dont want any medical advise because im not a fan of medicines. i just want something physical like a special exersice or something.

There is nothing you can do to decrease the number of days of the period but you can increase the level of iron you take in during that time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course) to help ease the cramping you may feel because of the flow being heavy.

A normal period is from 3-7 days. Mine is 7 days in length.

Mines 3 days 4 at the most...and i was always thankful for this, i basically stop bleeding after the 2nd day. I think its normal for some to have it for up to 7-8 days tho

my doctor said a normal period is 5 to 7 days. so it's normal but it should lighten up over the week. mine last 7 days but by the 3rd day it's not as heavy and by the 4th it's not that annoying. just the 1st day sucks.

Three to five days is normal range.A seven days' flow may indicate non synchronisation of the systems. It will get to normal shortly. if you are over forty, perhaps you are headed for Menopause.Better not to meddle with body rhythm.

usually periods last two to seven days. mine last seven days and is heaviest from the third day to the 6th day.
