If so how effective were they? I have heard of visible veins disappearing with continued use!

No, but I would recommend talking with your doctor first before trying any of these products to see what they say.

I'm unsure about the Cypress Essential oil or Apple Cider Vinegar methods.... but... as "Dr Frank" should have pointed out to you... (if he is a doctor, i'm the tooth fairy!!) taking excess of fat soluable vitamines are very bad for you... vitamin K is a fat soluable vitamin and although it isn't reguarded as "toxic" it does have bad side effects when you overdose.... please don't take any additional vitamin K without consulting your doctor first..

i'm sorry i've not really been able to answer the question, but i thought it best to warn you off the vitamin K :)

I can't see why anyone would use any of these useless quack remedies since there is absolutely no evidence they work at all, only wild totally unsubstantiated claims.

As with any condition type cure, followed by the condition and get 1 million sites willing to sell you something. Try it, in this case you get about 1,110,000!
