I can't seam to find the muscle that I'm ment to be strenghtening. Either that or I'm not tenseing it properly. I have just started trying and It doesn't feel like anything is happening.

add on: I went on some medication that had the side effect of preventing orgasms. Prior to going on the medication It used to be extreamly easy for me to have an orgasm. Whilst on the medication it was impossible, and now, 6 months after stopping the medication, it is extreamly difficult.

The muscles of the Uro genital area and the anal area are supplied with strong nerves which can contract and relax very powerfully when trained in the right way.Initially some reasistance will be there because of long inactivity, but if you persist, slowly things will begin to happen, and even if only ten percent success occurs, the feeling of conquest that you get will be great. Each and every couple whom I taught the technique has been with it ever after and the bonus they got for trying is that long after Menopause, the ladies have no pain during coitus nor do the men have age related diseases like Arthritis. It is a great blessing, if you know some one who has all or even one of them..

You can take your Partner's help to squeeze and release the Buttock muscles rhythmically for a few days till your thought and the muscular action get synchronised.

Orgasm might have got affected by the anaesthetic effect of the medication you used..But it will reappear once you take positive interest in sexual matters and be on the look out for that great release experience.Despair and anxiety are great killers of orgasm. And aversion and disinterest more so.

*MisMischievous looks and can't find that muscle either!* ;-p

Tip: Bathroom - While in the middle of urinating, stop and hold it in. That is the Kegel exercise. Repeat several times.

For the kegel exercise information a good site that may help you find what you need is: http://physicaltherapy.about.com

Also check out http://www.WebMD.com because there may be information there that can help.

As for the medication I would recommend talking to your doctor and let them know what's going on so that they can evaluate the situation further.

To isolate the muscle, stop in the middle of a wee and hold it - that will help you know which muscle you are after and how to feel it.
