It is called "Away in a Manger;" it's generally used as a Christmas song in Christian churches. The words were written by one John McFarland around the late 1800s. There are at least two different melodies commonly heard for it; if you've ever studied religous/liturgical music, you'll find that many hymns and carols have multiple "settings," and some churches traditionally use one over the others.
