but you do not need to see this warning all the time as you will always know page is secure by
https and gold padlock showing.go into>tools>
internet options>advanced>scroll down until second from last box and uncheck where it says>
warn if changing between secure and unsecure
mode and click OK. HOPE THIS HELPS

You are switching between a "secure mode" and a "non-secure mode." Secure mode is used by banks after you log into their website. It is also used when you log into your e-mail account.
Non-secure mode is used by most of the web, when you are looking at most pages. It doesn't necessarily mean that you are in danger, just that any forms that you submit that might contain personal information cannot be guaranteed to not be intercepted.

In summary:

1. If you are in secure mode, feel free to divulge personal information (name, address, SSN, birthday, etc...)

2. If you are in non-secure mode, do not divulge the above information.

It just means, more or less, what it says... you are leaving a safe site that you may have entered personal information such as banking details etc, and from then on any personal data can and may be read by anyone, meaning entering any personal data from this point on isn't considered "safe".
