the world we live in today is very nuturing/extracting for "sociopathic tendencies", which on some level could be described as human tendencies. just as well, if that wasnt the case how many would just go fetal and hide in some dark corner crying all day.

That they are afraid to death of you.

It means that you have no conscience. That you can distinguish the difference between right and wrong; you just don't care. That you are a social chameleon: one who can mimic normal behavior yet possess no personality nor emotions of your own. And that you are highly manipulative-you know how to tell everyone just the right things they want to hear in order to lure them
into your web of peril and isolation.
It means you are psychotic and have possible homicidal tendencies such as those of a serial killer. Thus, you have your sociopathic tendencies; the traits, desires and genetic make-up of a sociopath. This isn't good, by the way.

In clinical psychology Sociopathy is defined as a condition characterized by lack of empathy or conscience, and poor impulse control or manipulative behaviors.

People with antisocial personality disorder are considered sociopaths. If you have sociopathic tendencies it means that you probably enjoy violence or making other suffer (emotionally or physically). Cannot relate to other in an empathetic manner, or you act on your wishes whether they might be outside the norm or not impulsively.
