Pick up few tour & travel brochures for your own town. (You can find them in hotel lobbies, at you Chamber of Commerce, etc.) Plan to do some activities that people would do if they came to your town; do you have an art museum or a museum of natural history near you? How about a play? Is there a fair or festival going on during the week of your vacation? How about a zoo? Take yourself on a picnic with a good book or a friend. Rent one of your favorite movies that you haven't seen in a while, make yourself a big bowl of popcorn and enjoy it!

I took the time to go through the things in the home ... room by room ... and for items that I have no further use for I've donated them to charity!

Feels so GREAT to UNBURDEN myself at this time ... and vacation days at home are great for doing this. Removing the Clutter and bad memories is very UPLIFTING and rewarding for your mental and spiritual health!
