meanwhile my sister has a party at the house,
fights brake out walls are dented, blood, dirt and beer on the carpets. My room (which i told her to let NO ONE in other than her) is now trashed.

At the moment I'm chasing/hunting down the people responsible, not that they will pay in money, but the sure as *** will in blood, well a good beating that is to say.

Also i have banned any of her friends that i don't know From coming into my house.

so Am i Overdoing it, or would you agree it was a stupid disrespectful event that has occurred

Your sister was irresponsible as all get-out.
She should have at least tried to clean things up before you got home. She definitely needs to clean your room. She ought to recruit some of her friends to help clean up the mess.
Get a steam cleaning company out there to clean the carpets and upholstery and make your sister ante up for it.

If it is your house, why did she have keys and access to it? If she is living there, you need to give her notice to get out. The access needs to stop. If she still has the keys, get them. If she won't give them up, change all the locks.

With a tramp like this around, you really need a deadbolt lock installed on the door to your bedroom. That is how I survived my teens with my druggie kid brother in the house.

You are not overdoing it or overreacting. I would not do that to my sister or even just a roommate of mine. In fact my sister would be the one chasing down the sob's if she was the one who invited them to the house. And cleaning the house.

i think you have every right to be angry....what your sister did was wrong and has caused you to lose her trust on her....
but it's over and done with...tell your sister that you feel bad about what happened not because the house was trashed but rather you have lost your trust on her...you have found out that she cannot be trusted to act responsibly and so she can't invite her friends over anymore...im sure she will try to change...don't give her too hard a time...we all make mistakes...accept her little acts of change to regain your trust...

You are definitely NOT overreacting. Even though you share this house doesn't mean she can trash it. And about banning her friends is i think just right cause she didn't respect your side of the house.

She has to pay.

I agree. Very disrespectful. Punish your sister by making her clean it up and pay for the damage.

You could sue her for the damage she and her friends caused and you could kick her out of the house.
But that would be unfair.
Ask her for money to cover the damage that she made and ask her who else damaged the house and ask them to pay for it.
I know it sounds selfish but its fair.
