Well, if anyone really looks at the picture, then they can also tell you 'YES', the right hand picture shows the case internals view of the MOBO, and it shows 1 AGP and 3 PCI, now 1 PCI is used ( modem I'm sure ) but you can get 1 AGP or PCI video card...

The specs on that page conveniently leave off the expansion slots. The bad news is the t3990 only has 3 PCI slots, there is no PCI-E or AGP video slot (see bottom link) The emachines site also confirms this.

So while you can add a video card, it wouldn't be a very good one. The GeForce FX 5200 or ATI Radeon 9200 are fine for general computing, but much too slow for gaming.

Shooters733 is correct- the photo at the far right shows an AGP slot- the longer 4th slot at the top. I suspect CNET made an error in the photos, and that interior picture is from a different model. Just open your computer case and look- does yours match the photo, or have only 3 identical slots?

Here's the best PCI card you can buy:

It seems the motherboard does not have an AGP or PCI-E slot which is required for the video card. So no.
