I need to know, i think they can but, doesnt hurt to make sure.
Its one of those 50/50 plain white polos. Can i use like clorox bleach and keep the color white?

Chlorine is great destainer but will cause yellowing of the polyester if it isn't rinsed out properly or neutralized with Sodium Thio Sulphate (Anti-chlor).

Try using oxygen bleach, it's a great whitener (with less fabric damage than Chlorine) & safe on colored fabrics too.

Instead of using bleach.. Try using baking soda in your wash water.. In time bleach will turn the white shirt yellow... Just add a bit less detergent and about 1/2C of baking soda per wash load.. Launder as usual... It will also remove any soap residue from your clothes... Or you can get MRS. STEWART'S BLUING.. It's in a small blue bottle with a little old lady on the front.. Just be sure to follow instructions and a bottle will probably last you the rest of your life as you need very,very little.... good luck
