Time is the forth dimension
many say there are 11 dimensions and some claim there maybe more.
heres a video to help you get an idea of the dimensions they are talking about (and the fourth)

Of course they are fourth dimensions and more. Just depends on what you talking about.
As for spacial dimensions as we know it, if there is we can't see it.
I could describe a physical system using a phase space. If you know the position and momentum of an object at one instance, then you can find the position and momentum at other instances.
Therefore, if I have two particles located in a 3D space, with a particular position and momentum, then I can describe this system with a 12-D phase space.
With some advance mathematics, you could possibly visualize this with certain projects. But since a 12-D phase space is very similar to a 2-D phase, I can use mathematical expressions to to make my calculation.
Since you don't have such information on such systems, you usually use thermodynamics to solve such problems I mentioned above.
All theories have the limitations and will be replaced eventually usually. There is a lot about nature that well will never know.

In mathematics, you may have as many dimensions as you need to describe the situation. Your nose may have a location in 3D space, an x,y,and z location. If you are moving, it can also have an x, y, and z velocity. If you are speeding up, also an x, y, and z acceleration. If it is a cold day, maybe you want to add a dimension of color. That is 10 dimensions just to describe your nose. And, they are all real, aren't they.

The fourth dimension has nothing to do with belief we live in it. The fourth dimension is time.

if time is the" fourth dimension",an additional spatial dimension would be referred to as the fifth dimension.

Not only is there ... but scientists believe the other dimensions may be MUCH bigger than our 3.

You can move through 3 spacial dimensions and you MUST move through time -- you've no choice about moving through time.
