chill with Friends? Family? Drugs? Other Stuff?
My friends used to make me forget my troubles and just have fun. but i just moved 1000 miles away from the best friends someone could ask for. still phone talk but not the same as hanging out. trying to make good friends again. What do you use to relax and chill?

Music, music, music

Sometimes food...

Going for walks sometimes.

Playing Perfect Dark, A N64 First person shooter can do the trick usually too.

Playing with a soon-to-be-one-year-old baby named Victor. He's a whiner who my mother watches, but so cute. Sometimes when he plays with my face and nose, I get giddy inside!

I don't do drugs anymore though. I'll have a drink if the occasion rises and I feel up to it, which is very rarely, and I no longer smoke pot because it's a waste of time.

I write sometimes too. It doesn't really help me escape from the problems much, but it helps to look back on it and be like: wow, I'm kinda talented!

Thanks for asking. I'm glad I wrote that out!!

Never make a mountain out of a mole hill, helps.
Keep the proper perspective and priority on troubles.
Don't procrastinate on troubles as they will not go away without attention.
Meditation, and planning.
writing a list of troubles and cross them off when resolved. Never think about troubles that are gone, keep positive mental energy around you. Understand you can do anything, given time and knowledge.
Of course as you stated - surround yourself with family and friends - moral support.
I relax and chill by NOT thinking, as you can tell by this answer. I make sure I am rested, physically and mentally exercised, also. Being sleepy, or unfocused can be dangerous when problem solving.

when i need a break from my troubles, i do things like a game or anything else that takes concentration so i'm not able to think about anything else, then when my stress level has lowered then i start dealing with my troubles one at a time.

I have to reconcile my problems, not "stop thinking about them". Deal with them then you can relax and chill without drugs and drink.

think of of the destiny, think of of the present. something can substitute at any given 2d and time. only one thing needs to inspire it. as a rule everyone thinks of the destiny. maximum folk do no longer desire to strengthen previous on my own. some human beings think of they are able to in basic terms love that one particular guy or woman. definite dishonest, sometimes human beings end, sometimes they in no way do. merely be happy :). you are going to be able to desire to forget approximately relating to the previous and stay interior the present. the destiny will take place, yet as for now, think of of the present :).
