I'm mostly commenting on the answer that said to always buy new. I only but the refurbished/remanufactured computers that come with a warranty because the people that refurbish the computers take the time to make sure it's put together and working properly before selling them. The price is always lower and the computer is usually in better working condition than a new one.

none, deal with it like any other purchase. go as far as the attorney general's office in your state. there are procedures that must be followed before they take you seriously, however.

laws vary from state to state, you should always try to buy new when it comes to electronic equipment.
