Pap Smear is the test women get for Cervical Cancer.
PMS = Pre-Mentstral Syndrome
OBGYN is the specialty of a doctor who only treats women. Mostly for reporductive type things. IE - Pap Smear, Pregnancy, Birth, etc.
Ovulation is when the egg is released from the Ovary .. it usually happens every 28 days on the 16th day of a womans menstral cycle.
Cervix is the opening from the Vagina into the Uterus. Sperm have to pass through this opening to get a woman pregnant. The baby passes through this opening on its way out.
Areola is the darker colored area around the raised part of the nipple. Men have them too.
Blush .. Um .. you mean like makeup? Blush is the reddish colored makeup that women put on their cheeks to make them appear more rosey. However, women do naturally blush if you embarrass them.
Mascara is makeup women put on their eyelashes to make them appear darker, longer and fuller.
Pump is a type of high healed shoe that women wear. It is very formal, sleak and genrally has a heal of at two inches.
Stiletto is another type of high healed shoe .. still more formal than the pump and usually has a higher heal.
Rouge I'm pretty sure this is the same thing as Blush.

Pap smear - there was a question about this earlier, but I didn't care enough to read it...
PMS - Every 28 days, your girlfriend (or other female you know) will randomly freak out.
OBGYN - I like throwing random letters together, too!
Ovulation - egg making. Of course, I haven't had bio since freshman year, so I don't know the specifics...
Cervix - That's that thing that does stuff, right?
Areola - nope
Blush - What girls use to make guys think their cheeks aren't as pale as they actually are
Mascara - something you never want to eat. It has something to do with eyes
Pump - What you have to do to the wheel of your bike when it goes flat
Stiletto - why not a moving etto?
Rouge - She was the member of the X-Men who could steal other mutants' powers, right?

That's not so hard - except for OBGYN and 'pump'.
Those two will take some googling.
How about short for 'Oh By God Your Naked' when you leave the room for a moment to go to the washroom and you return to find your date has the wrong impression of forthcoming events?
