I like Monroe. I figure that if you can give a girl a name that can be confused for a boy's name, when she gets older and enters the working environment it just might get her resume past the door and into a position that might otherwise have been only thought of for a man. Another example the name "Toni" for a girl.
Either way she can say she was named after Marylin Monroe the woman was beautiful.

I like Anne and Scarlett the best! and possibly Delilah (except that she was a very conniving and evil women in the Bible)...it stinks though cuz it is a pretty name. Josephine is ok...just sounds kinda old. I dont like the others at all though. Francis and Esther sound way too old. Talynn is too different. Willow sounds like an evil witch and Monroe sounds like a last name....could sound nice as a middle name though depending on your last name. I think Anne Monroe or Scarlett Monroe sounds pretty.
