DANNNNG Longhair, darn good question. I am impressed. Well, on my top five, I'd say
1) Teachers, they don't get enough.
2) Soldiers, like teachers, not enough.
3) Police, Fireman, and EMT's, put their lives on the lines everyday, they need more.
4) Doctors.
5) Captains of Industry, they keep the economey going.
edit: Lawyers, entertainers, and sports figures need to be near the bottom.

Teachers, instructors, first-responders would be among the highest in HermWorld. Oh, and Mom's !
Edit,:: Forgot our Great Military, who never have been paid enough, and really, never can be fairly compensated for the risks they take daily on our behalf.
Athletes who use HGH or steriods would be among the lowest paid, along with credit card company managers, and all other jobs that are based on exploiting the poor and the compusive.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!
Don't give the liberals any more wierd ideas.
Of course i'd vote my salary to be the highest.
EDIT:
It's wierd, but where are all these people who want to increase the wages of teachers, police and firemen, when Cities and Counties want to increase local tax's ?
Ive never heard anyone come foward, saying yes, increase my property tax, or yes, increase the local sales tax, so we can give the teachers , police or firemen a pay raise.
Comsidering, those are the two sources that pay their salarys, there should be someone who steps up at city council or county commission meetings to advocate those increases. And im gonna tell you, I have never heard of anyone, EVER doing so, who's not a teacher, police or firemen.
I'd be interested, if anyone has any links to local papers, that have an article, where someone actualy did that.

Highest would definitely be the jobs with the most risk in terms of themselves and others.
Sweeping the floors at a gas station? Not real high on my list...though I think everyone should be paid enough that they don't have to depend on foodstamps or welfare.

Highest.....doctors, lawyers, nurses, public office holders, dangerous and dirty jobs.
Lowest...unskilled, easy, no-brainer work. These are the jobs that anyone can get. The kind that just need a live body. Something like customer service, Walmart, grocery store shelf stocker.

Highest: police, firefighters, teachers.
Lowest, everything else.
Rationale: If we have security, safety, and education, everything else will fall into place.
The highest paid "workers" in the US are actors and players of sports.

I think EVERYONE is underpaid in comparison to what corporations are profiting off of us in sales.
The only people who are not underpaid, are lawyers and school administration who make 3X what the teachers make.

I know we need to lower CEO's salaries and raise middle class income........
Exxon/Mobil's 400 million dollar retirement bonus that went to their CEO should have went to their middle class workers........
