Tell someone having a good, fit body is like driving around in the most unbelievable, expensive, exotic car---but all the time. And the monthly payment is only 20 bucks a month rather than 5000-10000.

Consider doing an itroductory rate of $20 dollars a month for six months, then raise the rates to the normal fees. Also, consider having people sign some kind of gym agreement. Maybe a year or 2 in length. This way you've got guaranteed income for that time period. Hope this helps.

I wish you the best of luck in all your business ventures.

Lower the prices, add deals to persuade the customers, and don't make them feel like you are gaining from the fact that they just bought a membership, let them feel that they are in charge.
