What the Yanks have done, considering their hapless pitching staff, has made for an interesting season for baseball lovers. Not to take anything away from the Red Sox either. Besides watching the Cubs, I'll take a Yankees or Red Sox game any day. They are fun teams to watch.

Not a Yanks fan per se, but hope you don't mind me answering.

yankee fans are starting to worry, the division is looking unattainable because the red sox have a very easy sept schedule, and seattle is looking like a tough adversary in their battle for the wild card... yankees well may be at home in october, despite their great 2nd half surge...

I don't care because I gave up on the division a long time ago. I'm only worried about Seattle now. I give them a lot of credit, I thought the Mariners would fade and trouble would come from the Tigers or Indians.

well kind of hopeless don't get me wrong what I'm saying loosing 1 game in the standing and the Yankees cant do nothing about it that's what i mean . I am mad because we might loose the game because the umpire at home plate is blind and cant tell the difference from a ball and strike

Good job Baseballfan4ever, it's a 4 GAME SERIES. The more the Red Sox and Mariners win, the better.

im very sure they love playing 2nd best to the bo-soxs. its only a week or so before the yankees choke and fold down the strech, the cant even keep up with seattle for a wild card.
