ok i don't know about system restore but system recovery might do the trick. you might also try checking your hard disk for errors. your computer will have to be restarted for it to check but you can go to my computer and right click on your hard drive (c:\) and select properties. then select the tools tab at the top and it should say error checking this option will check the volume for errors and click check now and then restart your computer this may solve your problem. but system restore might be your last resort but that may solve your problem.

What kind of memory are you talking about? The RAM or the hard disk?

If your computer doesn't show as much RAM as it's supposed to have, this is a problem that should only be repaired by an experienced technician.

If the amount of space on your hard drive isn't satisfactory, you can add another hard drive if you like, but you can also do a couple of other things:
1. Save files you don't use very often to CD or DVD and keep them as backups. Then delete them from the hard drive, freeing up space.
2. Get additional space in the form of Zip disks or other removable media.

uhhh, memory only comes in a physical form.
unless your computer is partitioned to only use half for one OS and half for the other, you need an upgrrade.
