If someone could please try to explain. I watched it just then and I understood it except at the end when she wakes up and the moving van is outside. She thinks about all the moments with her husband and her children and then the priest says something like "Every day is a miracle". Then she gets up and we can see that she is pregnant. Me confused. Me need help.

She got pregnant the last night she was with her husband..the night he stayed rather than leaving to be with the other woman.

Well remember her husband was cheating on her with that girl and he was going to get rid of his wife ( Bullock ), and at the end before he died he apologized and he didn't leave her before he died.
