well whenever me and my father sneak over the border so we go shopping at walmart in our pickup truck and encounter a crinkle-faced individual, we usually say something like 'usted tiene las arrugas en su cara'. that usually gets the message across.

I don't and wouldn't. I don't think there's a single thing about a person's face that you could tell them which they haven't already noticed... unless it's to say "you got a boogey hangin out," or "you got some schmutz..."
