Bacon, Pancakes with maple syrup and butter, Sausage, Eggs, and Hash Browns .

I fry up about 1/2 lb of Tennessee Pride or Jimmy dean sausage ( the hamburger looking kind). Fry it until it is completely done. Take about 3 to 4 tablespoons of seasoned flour (salt, pepper & a little bit of sage) Stir the flour so that the grease of the sausage and the flour make a roux. Add about 1/3 gal of whole milk, not the watery 2%. Stir over medium high heat constantly make sure you are continuously scraping the bottom of your skillet. I use a very deep skillet by the way. Keep stirring until it is slightly thick and bubbly. It will thicken as it cools. Season according to your taste. I like it kind of hot so I put alot of pepper on my biscuits and gravy. My family makes me serve this every weekend. Wednesday night is Fried chicken and gravy. This gravy is made the same way except I use about 1-2 Tablespoons of the chicken drippings to make this gravy. Make it the exact same way. Hope this helps, Have Fun!!!

When I had a belgian waffle maker I was the master of waffles. On really involved mornings, I would whip up some home made whipped cream, make some waffles from scratch, and fry some bacon and make a strawberry shortcake a la waffles. Yummy.

But now that I've grown up into the cynical New Yorker type that I am, give me a bagel a latte and a cigarette and I'm set for the day.

A Omlett with a side of Scrapple. Those that don't know what scrapple is.
Scrapple is a savory mush in which cornmeal and flour, often buckwheat flour, are simmered with pork scraps and trimmings, then formed into a loaf. Small scraps of meat left over from butchering, too small to be used or sold elsewhere, were made into scrapple to avoid waste. Scrapple is best known as a regional food of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland with a flavor and ingredients that cannot and should not be described in words. But it sure is good. :)

Once every five weeks a Maccas breakfast. Sausage and egg mcmuffin, hash brown and orange juice, but I like the egg to be a bit under cooked (which it rarely ever is)

My favorite is a "meat lovers-country platter" (hashbrowns topped with diced meats, onions, & cheddar cheese topped with 2 eggs along w/ 2 biscutts & gravy or a meat lovers omelete.

bacon is just great. Gravy and biscuits of course is a must have...and sunny side up eggs are in order as well.
