Can some1 help me sort out this problem with mozilla?

Ok, I was having trouble putting new icons on my custom toolbar on mozilla so I uninstalled it and downloaded the latest version and (this has always happened with new versions) now I can't load anything...it started up with two tabs that said problem loading page.

I NEED HELP!! =(

Open Firefox and click on Tools > Options... > Advanced > Network and click on the Settings Button in the Connection pane.

Choose Auto-detect...

Re-start Firefox and it should be all better.
