A baseball game is broken into 9 innings. The second half of an inning is called the bottom of the inning (since it is shown lower on the scoreboard or in a box score).

The bottom of the ninth is the last chance for a team to score, so in general it means "the last opportunity".

Cribs is (was?) a television show carried by MTV.

I presume that "Cribs episode" references one instance of the show.

When you are asking for the meaning of phrases, it is usually helpful to keep them in context.

Cribs episode refers to an MTV series starring Kid Rock, I think it said. Bottom of the ninth is either the beginning or the end of the ninth inning in baseball.
