Well that's pretty vague.
You can usually get jobs in fast-food places at 14, retail stores (clothes, etc) at 16, and then most other places which don't require college/university degrees at 18.
If you're younger than 14, get a newspaper route. It looks great on your resume when you start out finding "real" jobs, and they pay isn't too bad at that age.
