Unfortunately, I don't know the title of this particular occupation. Ever since I saw someone wearing white gloves & spending their time in a small room carefully brushing off archaeological finds- I've wanted to have that occupation. It may sound boring to some, but I think it would be fascinating to spend careful hours every day gently brushing various archaeological findings. What is the name of this occupation, and how does one enter into such a profession?

Archaeologists do this. Yes, they sometimes use assistants with lesser education, but they still need to understand enough of the field to know what to remove, what to preserve, and how to properly treat specimens to avoid damage and contamination. Perhaps they would be called an archaeological technician.

In 99 percent of the cases, those are students studying archaeology, and working on degrees in history, anthropology, or antiquities.

There might be a few people who do it as a career, but I am not sure there are. So you must be working on an advanced degree. For a better idea of what the process would be, search the internet for universities with programs in archeaological studies, and contact them with your questions.
