no other symptoms that would make me think that it's early labor or food poisoning.

This is normal throughout pregnancy. Hormone fluctuations are to blame. Some women experience constipation and others experience diarrhea. There are a few lucky few who go through both and again its just because of hormone fluctuations at different times of pregnancy. If you are bleeding, cramping heavily, feverish, or are just not feeling well do talk to your doctor. Take care and all the best.

Keep downing fluids because you're loosing more than normal with diarrhea.

All through my pregnancy let's just say I had the opposite of constipation.

It is not a big deal and you shouldn't call your doctor unless:

it is mucusy or green

you pass feces more than 3 times in a day

Make sure you have no other signs of illness also just to be safe such as fever or stomach pain. Eat some binding foods like bananas and drink lots of water to replace what you lose.

talk with your doc about it. take in extra fluids. monitor baby with kick counts. Diarrhea can lead to preterm labor. Definitely not something to be ignored, but pay attention to your body.

I had that with my third pregnancy. After he was born it did not go away. I had developed a food intolerance.
