Your supplier is making money off the sales you make, yes? So, arrange with the supplier to leave models at your office so that you can show customers. Explain if you make more sales, he makes more sales. if the supplier is unwilling, you may want to find another.

If you can arrange for models to be held in your office to show customers, make sure you have adequate security.

Are these custom built laptops? or are they just standard laptops they can purchase anywhere?

I used to sell custom servers and desktops and when someone asks to see it, I told them they are all custom made. Think about it, Dell does not have every single laptop they make in a store for you to see.

If you can, talk to your supplier about getting a laptop for display purposes. If you have been giving them enough business, they will be more than willing to provide you one. Also, make sure you are a licensed/certified reseller/dealer for the product you sell. They have special savings/incentives/promotions for their resellers.

Good luck.

It seems to be a matter of trust with your prospective customers. I would most likely suggest multi-angle photos on top of a reference sheet without putting too much thought into it. you should also consider posting your link with your question, i might be in the market for some laptops here shortly.

Hello there,
I would suggest that if you're thinking of going far in your business, you should consider a business loan from your local banks to help you finance since you're doing well. Its worth the risk of taking a loan when business is concern.
