How can you improve language and how might improving your language use benefit your interpersonal communication?

How can perceive any perception if you can not understand the language?Dialects are different as well as meanings for words that are spelled the same.But,may have different pronunciations
and a totally different meanings.

Language and the way it is used definitely influence meaning and perception. It is like using better words to say the same thing. Nuances of meaning can be implied.

Write down a simple sentence like:- The government has made a mess of our lives.

Then think of a way to express it differently like: - The administration of this country has taxed us to higher limits for it's own benefit.

Use a thesaurus and find better words to use instead of :-
got, so, hope, want, need, think, choice, etc.

If this is just a question off an assignment I hope no one aswners you, if its personal curiousity well theres a great book that does alot towards giving you the tools you need to answer that question for yourself


Carl Jungs "Man and his Symbols"

The frist 3 chapters is the only reading you need, the rest goes into archetypes and dream interpetetion with his theoies which is why alot of people don't give him the credit he deserves, he took the theory and ran with it, but the theory is still true to this day, read it the man knew his stuff....
