I really like the spelling of Cailin...that's my favorite. With Cecilia, you have to think, do you want her to be called Cece, cause if you don't, choose something else. Even if you don't call her that everyone else will. Also, with Jayelle, most people will pronounce it like two letters instead of one name...J.L. instead of Jayelle. They do that with my friend's daughter (Ray.Lynn. instead of Raylynn) and it drives her nuts.

Justine - Not really doing much for me but still nice.
Jayelle - Love it! Very riginal but not ridiculous sounding. Nicknames could be Jay or Elle.
Cecilia - Hmmmmmm it's alright but a little old fashioned. I do love old fashioned names but more elegant sophisticated ones.
Cailin - Love it. Like Jayelle is is original but not too out there. Perhaps spell it differently so it doesn't look too much like Caitlin. Try Kaylin, or Caylin.
