i can still run but not as long as i used to be, i have about 3 months untill basketball starts. what are some excercises i can do so i can be back in shape for when it starts

Just work your endurance up slowly, going a little farther/faster each day but not exhausting yourself. Ask the coach what additional exercises are best for the position you want to play.
