for those of you that can't comprehend the question read it closely the pain and suffering does not have to be a physical act i have a perfect license and know i have a moving violation that will blemish it paying for it does not take the violation away, also this is a professional truck leasing co. these vehicles are supose to be legal.its not for a fast buck i make good money but if you get 2 in one year they can have you take the test over again all 5 of them in my case.

They pulled you over for an expired registration in a rented vehicle? DId you show the policeman the rental agreement?

You'll need an appointment with a lawyer, and you should fight this. Check with the local legal aid society if you can't afford an attorney. Make copies of all of the documents, including the rental agreement and the registration and everything else that was in the truck's document packet.

pain and suffering?... shut the hell up there is no pain and suffering, u are still physically the same after u got pulled over...ok now sorry for being rude, but how do u drive truck and stare at the windshield all day and not notice the registration is out of date?

well bud trust me i have legal knowledge i could start a bon fire with my record, so ive learned a lot of loop holes in the law, ok now pain and suffering directly from my college textbook....The physical or emotional distress resulting from an injury..so go to court but for the right reasons even though i personally think you'll lose anyway

Pain and suffering you can't get but you can make your company pay for the ticket and reimburse you for any lost wages due to court appearances and such.
