Getting cashiers to the front when there's two people or more waiting. I can't tell how many times I've stood behind some couple wrangling over what they want for 10 minutes and the very second some guy steps up behind me, a young perky cashier will swoop to another register and ask if she can help him. And it turns out he's buying for the whole shop so it's not like he'll order one thing and getting out of the way. I have literally left the counter and gone through the drive-thru to get my order before the next day.

I would like fast food to actually be FOOD, not processed chemicals. Melted plastic cheese, crumbling stray particle burger patties, scrap meat hot dogs, and fried fake foam-textured french fries do not impress me at all. McDonald's and Burger King non-food looks like something that the squeegie man at a cat food factory swept off the floor. Why can't all of that just remain scientists' playthings?
I want some real Southern soul food! How about some fried chicken, cornbread, and baked beans?

Nice question. I would like the fast food giants to treat their animals more ethically. The poor cows, pigs and chickens! The fast food industry certainly has enough power to change any part of your experience. Laws require them to change what they fed to cattle, so they changed what they made the farmers feed the cattle. They will do anything to stay in business, and with the right laws, they will treat their animals better. Congress SHOULD be making these laws, but they aren't.

I would love to get all of the items I ordered in the bag they give me. I hate to pickup in the drive through and leave without like 3 items that will really screw up a kids meal. If these places can't keep track of the menu then maybe they could just serve one item and the whole team counts out loud as it is placed in the sack to guarantee the order is correct. Taco Bell, if you call them right away will take down your name and refill the whole order for you the next time you want to come thru. That is nice but it doesn't feed the hungry, impatient kids who are missing a taco, nachos or burrito!!

that they make cold (deli) sandwiches along with the burgers and fries, we don't eat fries so i'd like a real deli sandwich for once!

MORE English please. All of my order takers have been unable to speak any Englsih at all. It would be really nice to not have to speak 14 languages to get a burger!
