I Like the name Julie because people close to her can call her Jules. I think Julie Renee, Julie May, Julie Therese, Julie Nicole, or Julie Marie if you want a more common middle name. PS my favorite name is Olivia if you ever wanted another name for a child in the future. (Livy for short)

I wouldn't go with Julie by itself. I would go with a full name like Juliette, Julianne, Julianna and go by "Julie" as the nickname. It's more beautiful that way.
The middle name would be what you decide for the first name. So let's say you go with Juliette, here are some examples:
Juliette Marie (sounds frenchy)
Juliette Claire
Juliette Belle
Juliette Elise
Juliette Leigh

I like it, although I prefer Julia. They are both good, normal, but not common names.
