I am too young to vote and my parents are leaning toward him. I want to know how many of you feel that way too!

I plan on voting for Edwards. It has nothing to do with his skin color or his gender. I think he can win and I think he can get something done.

His plan for Universal Healthcare would include the current healthcare system, so he would not have to fight those lobbies, I don't see us starting this from scratch, the American people won't allow it.

He will raise Minimum wage to $9.50 and have it automatically increase each year to match COLA.

He will focus on weaning us from our dependence from oil and he will not include Nuclear Power as an option.

No more lobbyists. NO more corporate welfare.

Please ignore the people who dismiss those who support Edwards as "stupid" or any other lovely name they can hurl. It just proves how much they don't know about him as a candidate.

Read his site. The link is below. Your parents are very smart people! After my husband saw him talk recently, in person, it made him think differently about Edwards.

NORTH CAROLINA IS A RED STATE and why are all his detractors not mentioning one thing about what he BELIEVES, what he wants to ACCOMPLISH? Hair. Ok.

I'm going to vote for him in the primary. I am a Democrat very much tired of Republican negligence and corruption. I will admit that any party that controls both houses and the presidency will become corrupt because there is no one to keep them honest. But, I actually think Edwards is an intelligent man. I will not vote for Hillary because she is a continuation of past presidencies---if there is one thing to know, that is that a man or a woman has to stand on their own to deserve to be president....Obama...he has about the same level of experience as Bush...practically none....he is very intelligent and would probably make a good president...but he will not win in the general election. Edwards stands on his own 2 feet and would be very competitive against any Republican challenger...he is intelligent, a good debater...and it appears that he is a decent man.

The SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP called the TRIAL LAWYERS are financing his campaign. They are a wealthy and powerful lobbying group. Edwards denies taking money from lobbyists. That is "lawyer speak" because that group is not officially or legally registered as lobbyists.
They want LAWYERS and the ACLU to be in TOTAL POWER!
We should have three branches of government to have a "balance of power". That fact is established by the Constitution.
Lawyers in the Judiciary are essential, but with most Congressmen being lawyers and the President being a lawyer, we have lawyers making the laws, lawyers enforcing the laws, and lawyers adjudicating.
Where is the balance of power?
Show this to your parents and get their reaction, then let me know what they said.

I'm underage too. I'd love to vote though. My parents aren't voting for Edwards because he seems too soft. Mean? I know. They want some one who can get the job done. So they're going with Hilary. They said they'd vote for Edwards over Romney though. I agree.

If I were voting for the candidate with the best hair, it would have to be John "Breck Girl" Edwards.

I don't want back-breaking taxation levels, and I don't want the government to run my life for me (I kind of like making decisions for myself) so aside from hair, I can't think of any other reason to vote for a Democrat.

Only those who want free hair care. Edwards hasn't proposed it yet but I'm sure he will if elected. Edwards is for the poor and downtrodden, which means they all need $400 hair cuts.

Any liberal that thinks that blacks and women are inferior to white men will vote for Edwards.

You may be surprised at the number of people this is.
